Eating disorder therapy isn't about making the right choice for your body— it's about nurturing a safe haven for your soul.
Our therapists at Allied Psychotherapy Group use a comprehensive approach to help you develop a healthier relationship with food and your body. We’ll work with you to:

- Develop healthy eating habits: We’ll provide guidance on developing a balanced and nourishing eating plan.
- Practice mindful eating: We’ll teach you mindfulness techniques to help you eat intuitively and savor your food.
- Manage emotions: We’ll help you develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotions.
- Improve body image: We’ll work with you to develop a more positive body image and self-esteem.
What Happens in a Session
We use evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help you challenge negative thoughts, develop healthy eating habits, and improve your relationship with food.
By incorporating these strategies into your daily life, you can learn to manage emotional eating, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a healthier body image.
Embrace a Healthy Relationship with Food.
