I approach my work as a grounded optimist—someone who understands that suffering is an inevitable part of being human, and that our character is shaped by how we meet those moments. Together, we will explore your perceptions, patterns, and experiences with curiosity and compassion.
My clinical approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. I also incorporate psychoeducation and practical tools to build self-awareness and support meaningful change. At the same time, I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
I value both active guidance and deep listening—sometimes offering encouragement and insight, and other times simply holding space for you to be heard.
